No S*** Sherlock!

I was watching Sherlock Holmes in HBO and to be honest this is one of the movies that required my full attention otherwise I’ll miss out on the important details that made the character interesting. How he solve cases and mysteries in a well thought plan.

He’s accompanied by his partner Dr. Watson. Holmes is a person with a keen observation, wisdom and humor but just like any normal human being has one weakness- a woman named Irene Adler his love, enemy and greatest betrayal.

I’m no critic and this isn’t a review. Since I started studying Psychology, I watch movies to analyze the scenes, characters and how they interact with each other. I look out for the theories and how the characters mortalize them.

I really wish I can enjoy the movie as it is, watch to be entertained but our Journals made me look at movies in a different perspective. It’s like watching through the eyes with an x-ray vision. Even the local movies which I watch before if I don’t want to think. If I want to guess right with what’s going to happen next. It’s not the same watching experience for me. Oh what a joy. Except of course for Indie films.
